Sample Answer Letter Of Complaint (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to make a formal complaint about my current living arrangements.
My name is Gia, I am currently in my second year at this college, I am studying Law as my major. I stay at Royalty Hall in a room for two years. But I have been having issues ever since I started sharing a room with my present roommate and would like for it to be addressed.
I have been living in this room since I began attending college here and my previous roommate was cool, calm and collective. We had a perfect understanding of each other’s needs. However, my present roommate who I have been living with for the past 4 months is a music major, which is good but she keeps disturbing the whole room with her loud music and also keeps out late at night and comes back in the middle of the night with different people. It has become so difficult to read at night and during the day when I need to relax she is either playing loud music, smoking and drinking or making video calls and saying foul languages.
I would like to request that my room be changed to a more calm and peaceful environment with less noise. My second year finals are about to commence and the only time I can study is when I go to the school library. But I would also like to study in the comfort of my room, which I know would not be possible considering the kind of roommate I have. I don’t have anything against having another roommate but it should be a person who is zealous about her studies just like I am.
I will be looking forward to a good and favourable reply from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Gia Mark

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sample Answer Letter Of Request (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inquire about the accommodation facilities available for the course seekers at your college.
My name is Aarav Patel, an applicant for the forthcoming training course on “Editorial Management to Increase Accomplishment”, at your college. I am hoping that you would be kind enough to arrange a convenient accommodation for me.
I am currently employed in Western Ireland, as an Assistant Editor in a multinational publishing firm. As you already know, the course I am interested in would start at the beginning of May at Greenmount, Northern Ireland, a neighbourhood far away from the city where I live.
Therefore I would like to describe my accommodation needs. I am expecting a small flat or at least a room for me alone because I value my privacy. Secondly, I would like the flat to be situated in a calm and quiet environment, as the tranquility of the workplace is vital to me. Finally, It would be appreciated if I could stay close to the course venue to save time.
I will be arriving on the 10th of next month and thus would desire for you to have finalized my flat or room before my arrival. I will be staying for as long as I have my training course, possibly till August.
I will be looking forward to a quick response from you.
Yours faithfully,
Morvin Dev Hilson

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to apply for the job opening in your company which was posted in the Newspaper Ad session.
My name is Vishu Anand, I am a fresh graduate of Business Administration from the University of Mumbai. Since I am fresh out of college I would love for your company to be the first company I work with.
In the advertisement you made, you listed different vacant positions and I will love to apply for the post of Branch Manager. I think it is best suitable for me based on my course and it will be an avenue to make use of my skills and also gather more experience.
During my college days I used to work part-time as a Personal Assistant to the deputy manager in a textile company, I made arrangements, set schedules and appointments, corrected documents and made sure the day to day itinerary was set. I am also skilled in handling different projects and executing them with effectiveness. I am a very dedicated, detail-oriented and time conscious worker. I have attached a copy of my resume to this later.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. If you need any further details, please do not hesitate to call me.
Yours faithfully,
Gillton Mark.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to make the necessary arrangements for our stay at your hotel next weekend.
I, my parents, my siblings, and my little niece will be arriving on the 26th and will check out of the hotel on the 28th of December. I am hoping that you would be able to provide us with satisfactory accommodation and assist us to enjoy our trip.
I would love to make reservations for four executive bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a jacuzzi, hot water and air cooler facilities. I would prefer rooms with a sea view and room service. It would be appreciated if the rooms are on the same floor.
I also want to inquire about the energetic activities in the proximity of the hotel. Irrespective of my parent’s age, they are very lively and would love to go to the theatre, beach and amusement parks, if available. I would also like to know about the market, where we can buy traditional items and souvenirs and places we can go sightseeing.
Please give me a notice of the total cost of our trip as soon as possible with the facilities you can offer. I will be expecting a detailed reply from your side concerning the information of the activities and other inquiries I requested.
I hope to hear from you soon.

Sample Answer Letter Of Complaint (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to make a formal complaint about a product I purchased and returned for repair but haven’t been delivered back to me.
About a month ago I purchased a brand new Rechargeable Radio from your store. When I got home to make use of the radio, I found out it was malfunctioning. I got to know that the issue with the radio is that I am unable to tune in to any FM radio channel, the radio refused to charge, and the sound quality is poor.
I was thrilled to have it but very discontented to find out that the product was badly produced and practically unusable. I returned it to your store 2 weeks ago to claim the warranty, and I have heard nothing from you.
I am hoping that you will agree to repair the radio or provide me with a better one. If that would not be possible I would like a full refund and if I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a week, legal actions will be taken.
I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
Chill Don

Sample Answer Letter Of Application (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to apply for the part-time weekend job at your hotel which was advertised in the newspaper on 2nd April 2021.
My name is Sonia Kapoor, I am currently studying Hotel Management at Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and I am very fluent in English and Hindi. This job opportunity would be enlightening since it is in line with my present course.
I have worked as an innkeeper with a Holiday Inn in Mumbai from January 2019 till December 2020. I was responsible for communicating with clients, handling client check-in and check out, making sure the inn runs smoothly and so on. I also have some experience as a receptionist. I believe my job experience would help me to execute my duties with great effect in your hotel.
The job description in the newspaper does not give a vivid explanation of the duties. Would you kindly give me some details about the tasks that I will be assigned to do and if you need any particular skills? I can start with immediate effect and can work for the whole day every weekend.
Please if you need further information in regards to my job experience and education. I will be able to provide references for my experience. I have also attached a copy of my resume to this letter.
Looking forward to a suitable response from you.
