-ask them to repair the radio soon or supply you with a new radio

I am writing this letter to make a formal complaint about a product I purchased and returned for repair but haven’t been delivered back to me.

About a month ago I purchased a brand new Rechargeable Radio from your store. When I got home to make use of the radio, I found out it was malfunctioning. I got to know that the issue with the radio is that I am unable to tune in to any FM radio channel, the radio refused to charge, and the sound quality is poor.

I was thrilled to have it but very discontented to find out that the product was badly produced and practically unusable. I returned it to your store 2 weeks ago to claim the warranty, and I have heard nothing from you.

I am hoping that you will agree to repair the radio or provide me with a better one. If that would not be possible I would like a full refund and if I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a week, legal actions will be taken.
