  • I go for a walk when I wake you in the morning
  • Before others are awake.
  • I am an early riser so it’s not a difficult task for me.

How do you do it?
  • I walk at first,

Why does it keep you fit?
  • The walk is usually to clear my mind,
  • and put myself in a good and calm mood before I start the day.
  • When I jog, I jog to release all the tension and stress in my body
  • Or any negative feeling from my mind
  • I let go of all my anger, hatred and sadness into a jog,
  • Sometimes I go beyond my limit
  • But I don’t mind as long as I achieve my aim.
  • When I get home I make sure I drink lots of water and eat fruit salad
  • The fruit salad would have been prepared the previous night and kept inside the fridge.
  • I noticed that my day goes well irrespective of whatever challenge I encounter.
