I think both are significant because there are people that are not outspoken and then put their feelings Into writing while others speak up instead of writing. Writing also helps us put together words before we say them.

As I said earlier, no language is without its benefit. Some languages might not be popular but they are spoken in different countries. The minority of a language doesn’t mean it will disappear.
