I will be leaving for Australia on the 1st of August on a British Airways Flight at 8:00 am and will arrive at Adelaide Airport at 6:24 pm on the same day. The airport pickup service will pick me up at the airport and bring me directly to your house.

Sample Answer Letter Of Complaint (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint about a damaged product I bought online from your company.
I recently made an order for a wireless Mp3 player online from your company. The order code is C2gr54678899, the Mp3 was blue and had a free hard drive attached to it. The delivery day of the product was on the 17th of April.
After the product was delivered, I went on to test it if it was working perfectly. But I discovered that the Mp3 was not coming on neither was it charging. I tried all my best to get it to come in but it still did not. So I figured the Mp3 was damaged. And I did not like that I wasted such an amount of money to buy a damaged product.
I believe a one year warranty on this product so I would like it to get fixed or exchange for a new one. It will be in the best interest of the company to address this issue to avoid poor customer satisfaction and to prevent getting a bad review.
I will be waiting for a positive response from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Garvin Hadio.

Dear..{Name},
Sample Answer Letter Of Invitation (Informal Letter)
Dear David,
I am writing this letter to invite you to a music concert.
You will be happy to know that I have 2 tickets to your favourite boy band One Direction. I recently purchased these tickets and I had the intention of going to the concert with my little sister who is also a fan of One Direction. The whole band will be present there and the most interesting things are that they will be singing songs from their new album. But we won’t be able to attend because of certain reasons.
My family and I are going for a family reunion at my grandparent’s house to celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday and I wouldn’t miss it for the world. Due to this reason I have decided to give out the tickets to someone who has the same passion I have for One Direction.
The concert will take place at the City Hall, so get prepared to have a nice time. I will be sending the two tickets to you tomorrow through my brother. I am sure you can find someone who is also a fan of One Direction to go with you to the concert.
Hope you have a nice time.
Love,
Mia.

Write a letter to a councillor. In your letter,
– introduce yourself
-describe the problem
-say what you think the council should do about the situation
You should write at least 150 words.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Sample Answer Letter Of Complaint (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
My purpose in writing this letter is to inform you about how your sudden change to the community is affecting those living in the community.
My name is Karishma Singh, I am a resident of this community. I live at 1006 diamond street, block 17. I appreciate how you have managed to turn this community around ever since you came into power. But there has been a negative effect of the recent changes you made and it’s affecting the residents.
Of late, you closed the community gym, started receiving payment for entrance into the public park, you also increased the rate of tax payment by 10%. I know all these are ways to acquire more funds for the upcoming projects. But closing the gym has made at least 10 individuals lose their jobs with no other source of income and there is no place for people to keep fit anymore. Furthermore, the public park should be opened for everyone and we shouldn’t be required to pay such a ridiculous amount before we visit the park. Note that the calm and beautiful scenery of the park is what attracts people to it but if they stop visiting the park, how then will the park function.
Lastly, the 10%increase to the current tax rate is appalling considering the present economy of the country. People who find it hard to make ends meet already struggle to pay the previous tax, and now that the rate has been increased I doubt they will be able to make payment.I would like you to reconsider these changes and make amends to them.I would also implore you to try to see things from the public’s point of view to understand our needs better.I hope to receive a good response in addressing this current problem.
Looking forward to a positive response from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Markeu David
