Great leaders help people reach their goals, are not afraid to hire people that might be better than them, and take pride in the accomplishments of those they help along the way.

There are diverse reasons that cause the failure of teamwork. Some of it is, Lack of Vision, An absence of a clear and well-communicated purpose or vision to work will never allow a team to align themselves for success. Also Unclear Roles, Poor Decision-Making, Fixed Mindset, Lack of Resources and Poor Dynamics. All of this can cause a team to fail before they begin.

Que 3: Do children need to know more about teamwork?

Yes they need to know because as they grow older they will be expected to perform on a team and the basic understanding they have about teamwork will go a long way to help them.

I believe cooperation is more important than competition because cooperation unites things but competitions bring things apart. Some competitions are about group work but most of the time it’s about individual work. But cooperation can never stand alone; it has always been and will always be about group work.

I believe both are important, you have to develop yourself to become useful in achieving team goals.
Every member of a team must be a person that has developed themselves to become better. That way when they come together they know what and how to achieve their goals.

No it is not but it is not uncommon. It is a normal thing to disagree once in a while. The only thing is that the disagreement should not be allowed to turn into something that will draw the team back or break the team-up.
There is no team without disagreement. How they handle the situation is what matters.

Some of the things that makes a good team member and they are, Meet your deadlines to earn your co-workers’ goodwill, you have to be reliable, Be open-minded, Appreciate other people’s work styles, Adapt quickly, Avoid office politics, Focus on the team’s goals and finally Celebrate your peers’ successes.
