The purpose of writing this letter is to remind you about the complaint I made concerning a damaged camera but is yet to be repaired.

My name is Mia Kumar, I work for a publishing company as an assistant editor. I live just about 2 miles from your company.

About a week ago I came to your company to buy a new camera, an HD camera to be exact. But I found out that the camera was not working as it ought to. I made the return to your company and spoke to a representative and he assured me that the camera would be fixed. That was a week ago and till now the camera is yet to be fixed.

I would like to ask for the camera to be repaired or replaced and if this can’t be done, then a refund would be nice. I would hate to write a bad review about your product and customer services so reply me as soon as possible. Attached to this letter is the receipt for the camera.
