  • Mobile phones are a part of us we can’t let go of.
  • It is attached to our day-to-day activities.
  • There was a time I was not allowed to use my phone,
  • And I will be talking about it.
Where was it?
  • It’s about 9 years ago,
  • I was in 12th grade,
  • During the holidays, my parents organized a family vacation to Goa.
  • I didn’t want to go, I wanted to go out with my friends.
  • But my parents refused.
  • So I convinced my friends to come to Goa, without my parent’s knowledge.
Why were you not allowed?
  • The night they got to Goa,
  • I sneaked out of my room to go meet my friends.
  • My parents found out and banned me from going out and also took my phone and laptop.
  • They said it will stop all communication with my friends.
What did you want to do with the phone?
  • Using my phone was the only way I could communicate with my friends and also be updated.
  • But the moment my phone was seized, I lost that right.
  • I was miserable throughout the week we spent there.
Conclusion

Though I was given back my phone, I still felt I had lost so many things within the period I was not allowed to use the phone.
