Also having hobbies enhance better health and also lower the risk of having high blood pressure. I think enjoying a few hours of your hobby a week can also lessen the risk of depression and dementia.

Yes I did, I loved paintings even if I didn’t know how to. I was so eager to learn so anything that caught my interest I would paint it down in the best way I knew how. But I later gave up on it because I had no one to put me truly and I guess I outgrew it. Plus when it comes to painting nobody in my family knew anything about it.
