Dear Sir/Madam,
Sample Answer Letter Of Complaint (Formal Letter)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to make a formal complaint about my current living arrangements.
My name is Gia, I am currently in my second year at this college, I am studying Law as my major. I stay at Royalty Hall in a room for two years. But I have been having issues ever since I started sharing a room with my present roommate and would like for it to be addressed.
I have been living in this room since I began attending college here and my previous roommate was cool, calm and collective. We had a perfect understanding of each other’s needs. However, my present roommate who I have been living with for the past 4 months is a music major, which is good but she keeps disturbing the whole room with her loud music and also keeps out late at night and comes back in the middle of the night with different people. It has become so difficult to read at night and during the day when I need to relax she is either playing loud music, smoking and drinking or making video calls and saying foul languages.
I would like to request that my room be changed to a more calm and peaceful environment with less noise. My second year finals are about to commence and the only time I can study is when I go to the school library. But I would also like to study in the comfort of my room, which I know would not be possible considering the kind of roommate I have. I don’t have anything against having another roommate but it should be a person who is zealous about her studies just like I am.
I will be looking forward to a good and favourable reply from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Gia Mark
